The assembly version , has a yearly "fee" , a mandatory registry, inspection mandates, a water tax(for cape cod) and, most ominously, a graduated tax rate applied to owners of multiple properties.Like your area, Cape Cod ,has been a thriving short term rental market long before the internet was a thing.

Assuming you are of course qualified, the assembly line is far less likely to be able to deliver than the local shop.

I also assembled a team with two realtors (one for SFH one for commercial properties), property manager, title company, and contractors (this is ongoing as I went through two of them already.

After you can check all of the boxes I just mentioned start looking for deals, financing assemble your team and then go for it!

When I visited the manufacturer, there were two guys framing walls one after another in an assembly line that looked so efficient and quick!

They sell a couple of assemble units or you can have them built to order.
