I feel like the one I have been using could be brushed up. 

We could easily rent it as-is without even picking up a paint brush, but we specialize in higher end rentals.My parents will be lending us about 30% of the total purchase price, as we didn't quite have the cash we needed to get into the best school districts.

So can we make any broad brush conclusions that apply equally to all areas?

I currently have one and would like to brush up on learning more about profits and such. 

Is it possible to legally and ethically wholesale a house, I suppose, but it is rare enough that no one feels bad painting the entire practice with a broad brush of illegal and unethical.  

It's weird, but if it's a huge house some might view it as a nice benefit for brushing teeth/washing their face.  

And there was nothing about it being free but when a lit match burns near dry brush, the entire forest will go up in flames.
