Any body know someone that would like to move some real estate?

Not only is there physical wear and tear on the body, there is a lot of emotional stress also.

Twice as much body dander is being produced and going through the furnace filter.

I have been fortunate enough to come across a commercial deal ( Auto Body ) which i quickly put under contract for 2.5m.

The junior lienholder would have to agree to accept the offered funds, and are not compelled by any government body to do so.

Now, I'm off to figure out how to clean up all the roach mess/droppings/dead bodies.

Hi BP,I have a friend of mine bought a land through tax foreclosure auction...he bought it without doing any due diligence ahead of time, anyways he found out its a very small lot and worth nothing if he is trying to sell.The appraisal value is $12k and he paid a bit less but no body would buy such lot on the market...somebody told him to donate the land to the city or the county or some sort of organization that helps people and file it on his tax return as deduction. my questions are: 1- Any suggestions who to target to donate the land 2- If he donated the land can he file it as a loss or deduct it from his tax refund at the end of the year...he is entitled to pay some capital gain taxes on other properties he sold so this deduction will definitely help.3- If point 2 is doable will he be able to file based on the appraisal value $12k?

I'm at the point where I realize that my body can't handle this kind of labor (50-80 hrs wk) for another twenty years and have always had an interest in real estate.

We also have a newborn and would like to remain in our current home with her at least for the next few years.I'm willing to get creative, willing to get my hands dirty (as in demo/construction, not burying bodies...).
