Should I blatantly mention the second benefits when advertising my commercial unit?

Then again, I completely understand where you are coming from, which is you are ok with pets, so long as they are handled in the way you want them to be handled.So,I might go to them and blatantly assert to them that they have violated the lease and that is not ok whatsoever.
