There really is no right time, and if anybody could time markets, they'd be billionaires.

I own bitcoin assets but I never heard of real estate options.

In the words of our good old fashioned billionaire friend, Warren Buffet,"be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful". 

I'll simplify...I invest in stocks, hold gold, have some bitcoin. 

I plan on being a Billionaire and in the book, Craig mentioned that one of the people who house hack do it so that they can have income while they work at startup companies where they won't get paid, but have the potential to blow up big time and that struck a chord with me, so I'm working on doing something similar to that.I'm here because I want to network/connect with people who have the same mindset as me and hopefully learn something new.
