Keep pressing forward!

Just saying, you may have an opinion, but you're likely mistaken as they do go through a medical reviews.Now, if you see a guy who says he has a bad back and you see him at the gym bench pressing 200 lbs, photograph it, document it and report it.....or just report it.

@J Newman the BIGGEST challenge we see landlords have with PM software is not having a clear list of function they want and not INVESTING time to really learn how to properly learn the software.Many are looking for an out-of-the-box solution they can just press buttons to use.We've spent 14 years constantly pushing the envelope of what our software does.

You will be hard pressed finding a lender who tells you they have never had a deal fall apart due to a low valuation.

The local press has been all over it to the extent that the opposition tried to oust the mayor capitalizing on crime at the occasion of our municipal election, which took place last year.

While I do believe in pressing the envelope.

Seeing how partisan the wording is on the White House’s press release/website, maybe the proposal is just as good as a cudgel to beat the other party with, so they can say it’s “their fault you aren’t getting it.”

Especially when the economy is putting the squeeze on certain demographics...you may not be able to press for ANY above market rents - because your competition is renting for cheaper.  

You can save the funds for emergencies or something more pressing.
