No matter what type of architecture, or exterior finish, many times updating with energy efficient doors, windows, new trim, and paint will do wonders.As for the maintenance of stucco, IF IT'S APPLIED CORRECTLY, and you have good gutters, etc. on the house, you shouldn't be having problems with mold.

You either accept this risk, and trust the parties that will be having access to this sensitive information, or you don't do this type of deal.Ask the agent how they want the "offer" presented - signed, one page LOI, full realtor contract, etc.

It just kind of fades in to the ads being served up on the right.I also seem to be having trouble with my logo; it's not appearing in my forum signatures, though it shows up just fine on the profile page.
