My educational background is in science, but my personal background is rooted in the Midwest where I grew up on a farm and gained a skillset in everything mechanical. 

Background: purchased property with inherited tenants.

Also would need more background/history on Mike the Builder.

But I dont know him personally at all or his background .

I finalized the property on May 3rd and they told me they already have a tenant ready to move in (they did not take my approval or anything or even informed me their background).

So do a background/credit check, get a full application, paystubs (Call to verify), former landlords phone #s (Call to verify), and other information.
