I caught his presentation about 5-6 months ago in Frisco.Stewart Title is e-mailing out this slide show presentation, i just wish they would record and post the audio as well as a lot of his information is not contained in the slide show which is what they will be e-mailing out to attendees.

But from discussions with my accountant, describing in general the clientele he gets through his ads in the REIA newsletter, I can say that there are many seminar attendees who have "guru type" advice they are following and aren't doing anything in terms of acquiring houses.George has indicated he has not too much in the way of assets to lose.

Karen says in her webinar that she prequalifies her attendees to be able to loan through her brokerage, I hope this is true and we can do this ASAP.I understand from Monica's course we need to set up an LLC, researching this for foreign ownership have now short listed Delaware, Wyoming and New Mexico...any thoughts on this appreciated....as I am aware through prior hard learnt lessons in the Australian market that structure of the "foundations" are very important....make a mistake and THOUSANDS can be lost....I am in search of a mentor and would love some guidance as the USA property market "rules" and "how to" is rather different to Australia....
