I have PTSD from combat but I'm built like an athlete so everywhere I go someone calls bs. 

He's a coach at the university and can put 5 scholarship athletes in the rental for $2700/student/semester x5 = $27000now we cash flow arounnd $800/ monthProblem is he doesn't have cash for %50 of the down payment. 

Traveled the U.S. bringing kids to tournaments, working corners for local professionals, and training alongside athletes I grew up watching on TV and idolizing.

Most of the athletes and politicians homes never get listed on the mls, and we usually have non disclosure agreements when we are involved with those.

Working and coaching youth athletes.

As a new synidcator, one who does not mind "taking the stairs" (studying reports, sifting through historical data, analyzing macro and micro trends, etc.) before making a decision, I find comfort in knowing what I've been telling my group of anxious investors (many of them young athletes) mirrors what you all are saying.  

I do tend to stick with upperclassmen and or grad students whenever possible so as to avoid the 1st year or two maturity issues.One has a couple of younger kids (athletes) and I have the parents on the lease.

It happens to be that the physical therapist taking care of me is a lady that is trying to move out of this practice she works for, where the target market is geriatric care and wants to expand her outside network of athletes that she currently takes care off (for injury therapy and body motion maintenance reasons) and treat them on her own.When she mentioned that, I instantly thought, what can I put together with this situation for cash flow with REI.
