Its a two level licensure system that I haven't really found replicated elsewhere, unless you count apprenticeships. 

I have not been able to go to a local REIA, because my apprenticeship class fell on all the nights they met.

Are they doing an apprenticeship with one person or is there some other structure?

Already W-2 Employed and only doing it for the education aspect (apprenticeship program) barely netting 20k a year so funding a househack is not an option my current path.

The apprenticeship is always the best route like youre doing.
