@Agustin Conti In the case of these repairs to the driveway and patio/deck I would think they are solely cosmetic and at your discretion as to if you will pay for them unless your insurance company has flagged it and told you to repaint it or repair it which you did not mention so I will assume is a no.

I make it clear that my policy is moderate (full refund prior to 5 days of arrival date), also that Airbnb has a no refund price, so that would mean no refunds under any circumstance if they book that.

A fully paid off property which now should be worth at least $300K with appreciation, I can access 75% of that with a cash out refi so roughly $225K - refi costs.To me, its a no brainer to do bi-weekly IF you plan to keep the house for that long AND you do not plan to refinance (rate or cash out).
