I am thrilled to join this community as I embark on my journey into the world of real estate investing while I’m new to this field, I am able to learn connect with experienced investors and share my progress along the way.

They have the best intentions in the world, but they are seduced by the cult of these mentorship programs. 

This was a great site many years ago, but has quickly become a very irrelevant site in the world of real estate.If you need clarity on anything I said, I would be happy to discuss further on a call.
