For example, the last sale I did, they required that I remove the brand new stainless fridge because it didn't have an ice-maker (they didn't ask for a credit or a replacement...just that I get it out of there before closing).Most of them are looking for 7-10 days of due diligence, so that could make double closing difficult, but I imagine they'd do it (I've never tried).

Hui Doug,I have some questions about this.[1] Large bank; would I be likely to speak to a "Decision Maker" about selling the loan, or would it be more of a "proposal type bid" and then need to go to a Committee or EVP of XYZ in some other city to make a Sell decision (???)

I am in 1 unit and rent out the other unit.And My occupied unit I rent out to the roommates. and one of roommates make so much complaint about 2 month.She just move in 12/2023 and left another 9 month of the lease.She refuse to pay the rent because lack of maintanance, there's vibration sometimes behind the shower, cause lack of the support.I already hire 3 plumber and they say it is okay to use it.She never belive it and still want us to repairShould I repair it?

If you already negotiated on the price gap, that's going to make re-negotiating this repair more difficult for the buyer agent, those should have been negotiated at the same time.
