Going to the zoo?

Actually, hitting those up in nursing homes has draw backs, like compentancy, you need to volunteer at the library, the zoo, the humane society, the red cross or the literacy council.

I'm not running a zoo. 

We have charges for the zoo, art institute, public buses, etc.

And a good tenant without pets could become a bad tenant with pets.And some people--when they get small pets--they decide to get a small zoo of them.

Not near edgewater it's near the zoo. 

In areas such as southern California where we have perfect year round weather, all of the Forbes list companies have offices, high tech, low tech, manufacturing, medical centers, universities galore, amusements, sports venues, zoos, beaches, etc. there is ALWAYS going to be a high demand, thus higher prices.

Thankfully my county is not huge so it was not a complete zoo.
