Have fun.Some friendly advice, though… when you don't agree with people, it’s OK because we’re not supposed to be a hand-holding, kumbaya-singing forum, and differences in opinions are fine.But when someone doesn't agree with you, you become so defensive, aggressive and offensive.

I suppose we don't get many workers but that is not what the house is for. :)With an all in one from the service provider, they can reset it as needed and work on it for you. 

That is exactly how the program is supposed to be used!

It's supposed to be "sue me of libel".

For example, suppose they charged $100 for a fee in 2023 and they found through audit it should have been $500.

They do say they have a one time fee for debt collection and I suppose negative reporting with a 30 day delay and dispute process. 

They have no phone number for you to call, and so you get stuck in a loop of non-answers for the simplest questions (like what FB group am I supposed to be in, etc).
