I am really struggling to decide what market I want to start off in with the choices being between my own back yard (suburbs of west Chicago), Madison / Southeast Wisconsin area, or Indianapolis.  

So please if there is a #contractor, #real #estate #attorney or #architect that understands #permitting in #DC please respond.We have a property in Southeast Washington DC, that was originally a Duplex and it was converted to one big 5 bed 3 bath unit by the owner.

I'm looking to diversity out of CA real estate market into mid-west / south / south-east and am looking at Indy specifically.

Without mentioning names they own 7300 units in Southeast and a growing company.

I would like to connect  I have 16 units in South East Florida.

The best cash flowing markets are generally in the midwest & southeast these days. 

We are looking to acquire more communities but it seems most of the communities we're assessing in the Southeast/Midwest come with significant park owned homes (POH).
