In San Antonio, our median price is around $290k, and investors right now tend to buy below the median of the market unless they're buying multi-family, so those would be tight numbers here.

In tier 1 markets like NY and San Francisco the real estate is owned by a few wealthy individuals and institutions, most retail investors (like the majority of BP) are simply priced out.
