I'm just curious why, if the property is worth around $180,000 she would agree to $90,000?

I’ve been much more interested in flipping but I’m curious if that’s the common way to retire with RE on top of long-term holds with cash flow.

I’m curious, have you found any specific tweaks or adjustments in Yardi that have been especially useful for presenting your T-12s to bankers or buyers?

Thanks for the curiousity I own just the condomulti family I mean a duplex maybe a 3 family if any are available in my area which is unusualRight now I'm doing mostly Zillow and internet searches though I do have a good agent who helped me get this condo that may have insider knowledge on places here and there -I haven't done any meetups though that's on my to-do list to start here in Q1
