Our lease prohibits overnight guests [7+ consecutive days] and [more than 30 days within a 90 day period].

One day overnight due to wind storm and rain in the area electricity outage happened for 6hrs.

I have a few of the self guided boot camps I am interested in.  

Not all of them were good quality leads but we only need one qualified tenant.This morning I got ready to reply to the 5 leads we had overnight and the message failed to send, only to find that we have been "banned" from FB Marketplace with no reason given.

With all the reams of paper I have used along with the $1000s in overnight fees,  I could have easily bought another property or 2

We live in Denver, so we're very curious how this kind of strategy would work in a place where EVERYBODY camps, gets outdoors, travels, etc.

We go to Sunriver every year, spend lots of time snowboarding and camping.
