Great idea, I love the Gazebo venue, we did something way smaller, with rentable gardens.

It's easy to expect that all types of venues will be put under new restrictions regarding maximum occupancy, and with that, less conventions scheduled, less seatings at restaurants, and less staff will be scheduled to work. 

Indeed, REI is a great venue for growth and life balance and your starting point as a potential real estate investor is right here.

I told a girl annoyed that she had just booked a great gig, she's a folksy guitar player / singer,  to sign up for Patreon, do eVites and then have people pay to watch her perform on video and chat with her fans - guess what - her list responded positively on her Insta and now she can do something, whole venues need to think about this. 

With most retail venues closed, that's a huge dent in the economy.

Jokes aside though, figure this would be a venue for everyone to share their goals for the year :) So far so good on my end!

You have some magnificent goals. 

The house is rather large, comes fully furnished, sits on about 3 acres and has been a successful STR and events venue. 

When those meetups are not happening in person, they are morphing to online meetups, via Facebook groups, Zoom meetings and other electronic venues.

As a small city, it is great - top restaurants, sports, concert venues, conventions and great economy.
