I'm very much a newbie, but am a very fast learner and very motivated to build another source of income. 

If so, keep in mind that I am a hardworking, quick learner with stellar business ethics and I'm very efficient & resourceful.

I am hard working, a quick learner and have excellent customer service skills. 

I am a hard worker and a quick learner.

But I am a fast learner and hard worker once I understand what needs to be done.

Long time learner and first time poster looking to buy my first home before the end of this year - ideally before my lease is up at the end of August - and take advantage of one or more of the first time homebuyers assistance programs available in the city. 

I am a slow learner.
