We are finding discounted properties in the Treasure Valley.

Rather, the County Assessor/Treasurer is the one that will bump that rate. 

That kind of motivation is awesome.You can buy perfection, or take the risk... both come at some cost always...Just be very smart about it.One mans trash is another’s treasure...If you did move forward,I wouldn’t “live” in it because of tax reasons...I would also have my plan WITH numbers and a inflated budget, just in case....

I think I should send it before the intent to foreclose notice because that also gets filed with the treasurer.

I contacted the Okanogan County Treasurer's Office (Washington State) and asked how I would be able to obtain a list of parcels/owners that were 3 years behind on their taxes.
