You can not make a living wage have $100+ cell phone, $100+ cable, $700 to $1000 car payments, Housing, Vacations and still save money for investment, they will not take short term Pain for long term gain.

No cable, I barely use my HVAC system, I don't eat out, I sold my car and bought a beater, cheap phone plan, etc.

thanks James,you just reminded me that concessions from cable is another area.coin operated machines.. that's something I imagine you would contract out rather than deal with the management/maintenance hassles.
