I'm a buy and holder, but looking to be a build and holder.I know I'm nothing but questions, but I'd be so appreciative of any information at all you could provide.  

In the stock world we call them bag-holders and that's what many were.

We have listed our property and people are sending inquiries saying that they are voucher holders from different housing authorities.

Just know, if you're every liable for anything, whomever is coming after you doesn't have to deal with the 1st lien-holder anymore and having a fully paid off home, is just ripe for the taking.

But then the law wouldn’t make sense, the whole point is to not allow you to wholesale, even if you are a contract holder you can’t assign it without a license.

If the property owner or mortgage holder pays off the lien (with interest and penalties), the lien is cancelled.

.- 2-4br single family homes are super desirable among voucher holders. 

Thought we could both benefit, they get a slightly lower rate than market with 15% down, and we would get better returns as lien holders.  

If I lend money as a first lien holder and get interest payments only (no profit on the back end, etc.)?
