It is not logical that we could be in business for over 10 years (in the same city even), employing the number of people we do, carrying all of the business overhead that comes with running a large enterprise, being vetted by the number of accredited investors who choose to put their capital to work with us etc. if the business model was charging $3000 to as many people as possible and then purposefully turning down their loans.

I was using Credit Bureau Associates who have recently moved/consolidated with TenantAlert.Have the option of running, criminal background and identity fraud checks.Have the option of paying for it myself or applicant to pay.I get the credit score, account types open, closed, payment history, status of accounts, balances, etc.

I know they are trying to update the law with the choice act because the Dodd-Frank has had unintended consequences that for some reason the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau wont rectify...Former Congressman Barney Frank, who co-sponsored the legislation, said he was “regretful to realize” its negative impact not long after Dodd-Frank became the law of the land.In a 2011 letter to a constituent, Frank wrote:“I do not think it is necessary to include manufactured housing as part of our effort to prevent abusive mortgage practices, and I am now working with my staff to see if we can find a way to make a change that would deal with the problem you correctly point out… “
