I also have a slightly jaded view on millennials not being able to afford housing because I talk with many people in my job and I can't count the times I hear about how people can't afford to buy a house when in subsequent conversations I find out they collect premium shoes and have a whole closet dedicated to them, go out to eat/the bar 3-5 times per week, and have high end phones, TV's etc.

@Jade Pickenheim does the home have primary heat?

Problem is when I look for new properties In Overland Park I’m jaded to what I make on my current ones.  

@Candice Jade Maristela If possible talk to handful of real estate offices and see what they have to offer.

Successful investors have a lot of people asking them for advice and the majority of them don't ever do anything with it which (often) causes them to become a bit jaded when it comes to helping new investors. 

The only thing I can think of is the seller is jaded by a previous bad experience with a VA buyer and it’s impacting their decision making now. 

You so called premium jaded self righteous types are more damaging discouraging than my tenants addiction.I require renters insurance he has it but doesn't replace or cover dead bodies I also have co2 smoke alarms sprinklers but again dont stop or repair or cover dead body's. i had deal with 1st tenant almost dying.
