There is no such thing as being taxed as an llc...An single member llc is by default seen by the irs as a disregarded entity.A multi member llc is by default seen by the irs as a partnership.You can also choose to have your llc taxed as a c Corp or s corp if you make the election with the irs.

If the LLC is a disregarded entity then technically you do not change tax payers by placing yourself back on deed to satisfy lenders requirements.

If you create a single member LLC, you won't need a CPA as it is a disregarded tax entity and you will report it on your regular 1040.However, since Olmstead vs FTC, single member LLC are not very good for asset protection anymore in Florida (charging order is not the sole remedy).
