It’s a great way to get a feel for being a landlord while building your trusted team.If you’re focused on cash flow, the Cleveland/Dayton area is worth considering.

I can’t speak much about other markets, but as someone who started off in Columbus, and grew up in Cleveland, i would say that the Ohio market in general is a very beginner friendly state for investors. 

Current properties are in Dayton and Cleveland OH with 2 under contract in FL.

I would recommend you google Cleveland "Residents First Initiative " .

Not in Connecticut, not in Cleveland, not in California.  

If you're targeting mostly cashflow though, then I'd recommend the Dayton & Cleveland markets.

Cleveland and Dayton OH would be great for what you're looking for.

Just like any other tenant, however more paperwork .I too love in SF, and have been doing all my business in the Cleveland markets for 10 + years,Good luck 

Highland Hills/Beachwood area 44122Just got about $1,200 for a 2/1 in Cleveland, so I don't see how hitting $1,800 in Beachwood would be an issue.
