Is there a way to push it through the code through a loophole?

It's a legal loophole. 

This can have a loop hole if you talk a general contractor into letting you be the sub contractor and not taking pay ( you might have to grease the wheels for the General Contractor to let you do this).  

.- Augusta Loophole: An S corporation owner can rent his or her entire home to the S corporation for up to 14 days per year and get big tax deductions.

There are some loopholes allowing you access your retirement funds early, but you must plan for it. 

Depending on the market if you did that with all quadplexes you could be at 16 doors in 4 years (not including traditional investment properties you may have aquIred) with a total of $0 in downpayments its an under used loophole in the system.

Is this a loophole around the several restrictions in current law? 

That seems like an amazing loop hole to get down to 15% capital gains vs my 24% bracket.  

Finding loop holes is fine!
