There is a plethora of investors and flippers in metro Atlanta who are hungry for a good deal.

What that means is that even if you "overpay" for a property today, there's a pretty good chance that the normal rate of inflation and general appreciation is going to make you look like a genius 30 years from now.

@Emma Hustis, I suspect most brokerages will not allow their agents to wholesale because there is too much risk of being sued with virtually no upside.

There is actually real risk here.
