I have not had one shake out but i know they are networked with other park owners that i might not be connected with and the law of probabilities ( actually just my theory lol ) is that you tell enough people, coupled with enough time, something will shake out.  

I haven't converted any leads as of yet but I'm only a week into the campaign so its still early in the game. but I cant shake this nagging feeling that i need to be doing something else right now instead of just waiting for leads to come in. i feel like the SEO strategy is a "set it and forget it" type of strategy which is exactly what I'm looking for but i still feel like i need to be doing something else WHILE checking the status of my campaign.I've continued to pull list with the intent on doing some cold calling & reverse driving for dollars but I've been kind of limited in getting out at a decent time due to my actual day job and family time.I don't really have the funds to invest in a VA right nowI'm till taking time to learn the industry when i canWhat more could/should i be doing while the campaign is running?

I divorced two years ago and have saved while living in an RV and am ready to break out and get things done but I can't shake the feeling of possibly being "out of my lane".

I'm like Justin that I enjoy watching those 'flip' shows but I usually end up shaking my head at the end when they post some ridiculous supposed profit for the investor when in fact, they are gonna be lucky to not LOSE money.

After dealing with this realtor I felt like taking a shower.But, everybody walked out of that house shaking hands and smiling.

I think that's how this shakes out. 

Months later we sold it for a loss of 18K, and I still shake my head every time I drive past that street.

While the future mirrors the past it doesn't always repeat itself directly, there will be some changes and things will shake out one way or another.
