As far as the mechanical work goes thats all on him. he will be piping everything to code (hopefully). if he asks you what type of material you would like to use on this project copper is best for water lines as for one copper joints are stronger than plastic and two copper is natural so your not drinking something that was sitting in plastic for god knows how long. now a days the go to is pex which is fine and also cheaper.

I've seen several investors on Facebook get fried by local groups "Watch out for this scammer" type of thing.

Most of the Keurig coffees taste very similar, which isn't very good, and I hate the cost and waste of plastic.

Have a fried who's an agent and another old friend who invests in Delmar.

@Curt Bixel  What you propose would get your IRA fried in the event of an audit. 

Some vendors are only available Mon through Fri, 9 - 5, so you have a limited window when you can reach someone, especially if you're busy with whatever you're doing.From my experience, you can only do so much from abroad and what you can do, generally, takes more effort than if you were in the States.
