They are like short courses on different strategies and different philosophies from experienced investors. 

My goal has always been to be in a position that allows one to have a philosophy like yours.

I move on to the investor that  that has the same philosophy that I do.... 

My philosophy is this, while you are working and making a good income and you don't need the cashflow, you don't need to be financially free right away.

So, why would a person really dislike dealing with tenants and filth when making money every day sort of like behind the scenes.You need a philosophy you understand and adhere to!

I do always, 100% of the time, tell people that my personal philosophy is to treat appreciation as the cherry on top of a sundae, and to never factor it into your calculations for whether to buy a property.

I think that unifying your philosophy is important for knowing how to deal with new investment opportunities in the future. 20 years ago nobody was in ETFs, but now it's what Buffet recommends instead of mutual funds.
