As a concerned investor I know how you all feel and this is what I found and hopefully provide some clarity on The Strongbrook Questions and concerns expressed.

Wade gave some clarity when SCOTUS held that a person has a constitutional right to an abortion until the third trimester.

Wondering if anyone has been investing in Long Island successfully who may be able to provide some much needed clarity.

@Marci SteinThere are, surprisingly, people who have not shown a lack of mental clarity in the past commenting on here who don't seem to have a good idea of what's involved in removing and disposing a clawfoot tub in an old home in the Northeast, and this is probably up on a second or higher floor.

Young 24 year old getting into a federal job within a year and I wanted some clarity before I moved way ahead of time on using an FHA loan for a Mutli family home, duplex, or even a 4plex.
