I feel very torn on this subject matter as I personally am an animal lover.. but I'm a CLEAN animal lover and the amount of people who neglect their pets emotionally and physically sickens me.

Obviously for an Airbnb you'd like to provide a better product, but some people think old wavy floors are part of the charm. 

Similarly, touches like entryway rugs to collect some dirt/moisture can add some charm while helping keep floors clean. 

In the meanwhile I'll start gathering "fixer upper" comps to justify my offer price to the lender.I guess I wasn't thinking about this one as a "distressed sale" because its charming as ever and in much better shape than the wrecked junk foreclosure properties I've been seeing in Buffalo here which normally have 9 foot cracks in the foundations, 8 missing windows, and 3" of standing water in the basements, hahaha.This is a charming historic home with tons of appeal which is why I was initially questioning submitting a low-ball short sale offer on such a pretty property.

In other words, the numbers are what the numbers are and you will never be able to control everything.5th time is a charm!

You have the rustic charm and something that is rare to the buyer/renter you will want to move the property to.Now that being said............

I'd go with Adjective (Cozy, charming, hip, etc.) 

We both have a love of working with our hands and both love real estate. 

I have learned that the Essential places of towns like that do tend to hold their value, being close in, the charm, the funk effect, so it's a little less scary.
