I assume you will not be having a PM on it.

It's going to be a bit more desirable, since people typically like having fewer neighbors attached to them, and while you benefit from that higher value as an owner, you'll be having to deal with that higher cost as a buyer first.

@Taylor Pelzel  Thanks..I am waiting on a contractor referred to me by my realtor, however, this contractor seems to be having a hard time finding a GC to sign off on the paperwork. 

It seems like it may be a waste of time to go through all that is necessary to obtain and maintain your license when your only goal would be having access to the MLS and listing your own property to save some commission.

I suppose it would be having a property that drains you every month. 

I know I will be having issues when they vacate, and things I have to fix.

@Erik Nowacki I second that, 2 flips at one time and a complete gut job, a huge expense and stress for a first timer that won't be having any income in the meantime from the properties. 

The only hand you have to win is the last one, and the only way to be have a chance at that hand is to stay in the game.  

I won't be having conversations with that person about Wholesaling.

That doesn't appear to be having any intention of closing.
