The house was a recent flip, so it was entirely updated and there wasn't a lot of room to add value in that sense.

And, we were able to do this with ONE Reg D filing (with updates every 3 years).  

Just adding on to what @Milton Chamberlain said- a good way to expand your reach is to post on LinkedIn about your updated career path as soon as possible, then post again in a month or so as a reminder.
