Your office should have a code phrase if you need help and/or don't feel comfortable with the person you are showing a house to.I met a male at the office and alerted my co-worker that I didn't feel 100%.

 :)   - I put Inner city in quotes because people tend use that phrase with a negative connotation.

:DI think we say "Happy Wife, Happy Life" because it sounds a whole lot better than "Keep your wife happy or else she will make sure your life is hell" My beef with this particular phrase is that it appears both to make a man sound powerless (he always has to appease his wife) in a marriage, while simultaneously painting the female as a child throwing emotional tantrums that the man should not attempt to reason with.

What I'm uncertain of and will ask the point person on this is what the total costs are each month and how much the tenant covers, where to get a new tenant or extend the lease before March 2023, etc.I don't live in Florida and will probably get some property managers' POV on how to handle this long-distance, and want to make sure I'm making it worth their time for one door.How do I phrase that and share details with a potential property manager about the property BEFORE putting in an offer?
