I have two girls 3 and 1 and a 5 bedroom 2.5 bath house.

Saw a RV there is 14 year olds girl invest in real estate.

I told the girl, we can put up another door for extra security for tenants to have access.

Now we have to re-do some wiring.I've had 2 electricians come over and be like, I don't know what's going on, we have to try a few different things.I understand it was a bad idea...but if the 1st floor girl isn't home half the time, I'm not awake at 5 or 6 in the morning when it's going off and the 2/3rd floor are getting ready for work...I literally don't know what else to do...wake up at 5am everyday incase the breaker goes off , when I work my other job til 2am?
