Crystal Smith As far as staying private, what are hoping to hide, from whom, and why?

I don't have a crystal ball, same as you.

I got into it when I found an old abandoned house on the bay side Crystal beach about 18 years ago.

Have been asking all of my realtors, contractors, Steel contacts and bankers what their crystal ball looks like. 

And it will become crystal clear why some places rent in a day with 20 applications and others struggle to get one at all.

@Crystal SmithThanks for the suggestion and just to add the 6 bed 3ba unit turned out to be a one size fit all solution for me and offered lot of flexibility when extended family  from out of country was here it gave me ample space as a standalone unit,because the in law unit is right below the main unit and it enables me to quickly downsize and rent that 'additionsl unit' when I don't need additional space.

My crystal ball is currently in the shop, but I don't think it will "crash" at all...I think we'll see a plateau, a slow down, some dips in value, and another wave of defaults, but I don't think we'll see 2008 again (sure hope not anyway)
