Does anyone have experience with setting up Half-way houses in southern California, I have some properties in mind but have no idea how to get the ball rolling. as I would like these house to be set up to home for rehabilitation programs to help drug addicts but I would need someone to show me how aka a partner or mentor for such a thing.

., are you also the type to lend $1000's of dollars to addicted gambler friends of yours on their promise to you that they will pay it back next month?...

Some of the courses are unbelievable content-wise and practically (if not literally) free.

Hey guys, I started listening to the podcasts about a week ago and have been addicted to this site ever since.

But now that I have, i'm addicted, and can't stop reading!

Be careful though, BP is addictive!

All taxes seem unbelievably low to me & sq footage very small.
