When looking at office I try to see if I can reposition to medical office or retail mix that way I can move leases to NNN with cam.Properties tend to sell at lower cap rate when stabilized with medical and strong retail tenants over general office gross type leases on older buildings where tenants can move out quickly or work from home.You want your tenants to be STICKY!

The roof caught us off guard so we might be eating beans and rice for awhile, but our cash on cash return is still 17% and I like beans.I only have one question for y'all.
