Fiberglass is cheapest but I want the tub to be tenant proof from damage and  one of the houses is on a well, so I want it to not show rust stains.  

I like new because I get granite countertops, concrete stained floors, full kitchen appliance packages and 1250 sq ft of living space renting for about $1 sq ft.  

And of course, tenant will be responsible for any/all damage caused by the animal, including scratches and bite marks to woodwork or other elements; stains; restoration of the yard; and fumigation for fleas/mites.

The fuel stained the outside of the tank to about 1/2 way up the side of the tank so it appears to have sat in a fuel pool for awhile. 

Carpet is very worn and stained and will be coming out.

I always re-stain these so they have a freshly finished look.I also never put in expensive counter tops.
