From my experience I gained  make me more flexible   because other requirements is the one who pays 200 € a day ,and another client who gives 7,000 € a day, others who have come for a relaxing holiday and another one who has the mood for parties and dance (since Mykonos is known for the fun of it) Of course there is always a smile and service whatever group is .The Last years the only real estate  in Greece that goes really well is the market of Mykonos.

Your best choice is to stick to the areas designated as vacation designated areas and bypass the permitting process all together.According to the county there is a 1-10 ratio VR to LT housing.Self help housing projects continue to expand on the island which helps relax pressures on investment properties.

I stay very busy with this and it's been a great experience.I find a lot of my investors already have a few SFR properties but apartment investing really is something new to them so its more about a relaxed approach to educate them.
