I run a small General Contracting company out of Burlington, WA, own a triplex and SFR that I list on AirBNB and am closing on a property in Mount Vernon for my first fix and flip.

They looked terrible and the the big lag screws they use to mount them in the roof are always sources of leaks.

Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, gas wall heaters, wall mounted AC units, large bedrooms and living area, and plenty of on-site parking.

While New Rochelle and Mount Vernon are great options, property taxes make it tough for peoples budgets. 

With the exception of the sensors the entire system can be hidden in a cabinet and doesn't require any drilling or mounting. 

We did the LVT tile on cement floor was awesome, wood plank look, also did a huge area behind a bar with the 16x16 sq marble look, glued it down, very nice look. got it at menards. good price. good warranty and reviews.You can use it on stairs just get the rubber edge or metal edge to go on the lip of the step, we found the good rubber edge at flooring supply to the trade warehouse. 

Carpet tiles will hold up but if the edges aren't glued well it will look crappy. 

You stating that you will operate visibly in the eyes of the community from now on like this is some sort of sermon on the mount that you are espousing to the huddled masses awaiting your bated breath.  

The inserts can end up being very spongy if installer does not glue behind and place brace boards to push the walls against the glued studs.
