General Contractor and investor in Skagit County

Hi there, I am a new BP fan, and self-diagnosed real estate junky. I run a small General Contracting company out of Burlington, WA, own a triplex and SFR that I list on AirBNB and am closing on a property in Mount Vernon for my first fix and flip. I'm signed up for every real estate site alert and constantly comb the MLS, my wife sometimes thinks I'm nuts.

I specialize in residential remodel work, with the occasional new construction thrown into the mix.

I'm constantly on the lookout for fixers, with a special place in my heart for a gnarly multi-family to fix up and add to the portfolio.

If there's anyone out there with a fixer to unload, or people in the area that need work done, let me know. I'd love to talk. I'm also looking for non-traditional financing, hard money etc. I love talking real estate!

Thanks in advance for your input!

Keith
