He divided and made 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bed in basement all with separate entrance.

I have been looking at townhome-style and 2x duplexes, and these seem optimal as each tenant has their own entrance that feels like a home.

Hello everybody,This is my first project so I took long time planning and asking about the layout, I wanted to share the layout with you all and see your opinions and thoughts especially from a buyer point of view, what do you like and don't like about it, what would you change, I know the two bedrooms are kinda close to the living/kitchen area but that was still the best option I had considering the current layout and the house being 1100 SQFT, Another question I wanted to ask is, in what data base is the house info is stored and how to update it since the house will be 3+2 instead of 2+1, I called the city of McKinney and they do not have the house's info at all since it was built in 1945, below are the pics I worked with a design app for a little bit to have a feeling of how it'll be like in the future and came out with this This is what you'd enter the house to if I flipped the entrance door

Would it be possible to convert a SFH into seperate apartments by adding entrances, doors, walls and having a communal area for the kitchen and living/laundry room similar to a dorm style?

Megan - We bought a property in Fruita near the entrance to CO Nat'l Monument - offered asking -5k, and was accepted immediately.

It has a separate entrance/exit as well.

PS1: the condition of the property inside is not well so it needs renovations but it also has a 20sqm space in the basement that has the entrance from the main street and it also has 2 small windows so I assume I can rent it out as office space for about $150-200.PS2: I plan in a year from now to start construction for the upper floor where I can make either 3 bigger apartments or the same as the 1st floor.
