This is helpful because it allows you to invest in multiple counties, but the fact that it is electronic introduces a lot of competition (especially from the banks).I do tax lien certificates in Florida and am seasoned enough that I'd be happy to help you out with them there, but since I don't do them in New York I'm afraid I'd have to research to find out the nuances, and even then, you're better getting New York advice from somebody who has done it in New York.

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.
