Dude if you can't offer a grill at an STR then you might as well pack it up in most areas because in a lot of tourist destinations the guests absolutely want a grill.  

I love STR but if you are in a saturated market like Destin, you have to stand out to keep your occupancy rate up without sacrificing nightly rate.

There's a real misconception that a STR has to be in a resort/vacation destination which on the surface, makes sense.
